When you buy from the DiamondSky.lv online shop, you may withdraw from the order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To use this right, send a notice to SIA Black Diamond Group — simply fill in the form below. The deadline is met if the notice is sent before it expires.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- piercing jewellery — for reasons of hygiene;
- jewellery made to individual order;
- items with signs of wear, visible damage, with tags removed or re-attached, or without tags and packaging;
- gift cards;
- gift wrapping.
How to arrange a return:
- Fill in the formEnter all the required details.
- Wait for our e-mailWe confirm that the request has been accepted.
- Send the parcelThe address of the parcel machine for the return will be given in our e-mail.
- Get your money backWe check the returned item and refund the money within 14 days to the same account the order was paid from.
You will be informed of every change in the order status by a separate e-mail.
